Rooms to Hire

Our Lady of the Rosary & St. Luke’s Parish Church is a new building with disabled access and its own car park. The building includes a dedicated Catholic Church and any use of the facilities should not be inappropriate to that church use.

Events most suited to the hire of the hall would include: Corporate Events/Training, Meetings, Martial Arts, Scouts, Brownies, Yoga, Fitness Classes and Crafters/Craft Fairs.

This venue is not suitable for children’s parties or 18th and 21st birthday parties.

The use of Bouncy castles and fireworks are prohibited.

ROOMS

There are two rooms to hire in the Parish Centre.  The Main Hall and the Meeting Room.  We also have a fully fitted, modern kitchen which can be added to the room hire, (use of kitchen for drinks only is included in the Hall and Meeting Room charge).

CHARGES

COMMUNITY/CHARITY RATE (Non-profit-making community events with voluntary leaders e.g. Brownies, Cubs, etc.)

Hall  – £10.00 per hour (or portion of hour)

Meeting Room – £8.00 per hour (or portion of hour)

Kitchen (full facilities) – £5.00 per hour (or portion of hour)

PRIVATE RATE (e.g. functions, but no private parties, we do not have an alcohol licence)

Hall – £14.00 per hour (or portion of hour)

Meeting Room – £10.00 per hour (or portion of hour)

Kitchen (full facilities) – £5.00 per hour (or portion of hour)

COMMERCIAL RATE (Where an entrance fee is charged or where the leader receives some form of payment)

Hall – £18.00 per hour (or portion of hour)

Meeting room – £12.00 per hour (or portion of hour)

Kitchen (full facilities) – £5.00 per hour (or portion of hour)
